This policy explains the use of cookies and similar browser storage technologies on elliontrade.eu. The website is intentionally lightweight and currently does not use analytics, advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Latvian rules concerning information stored in or accessed from a user’s terminal equipment can apply to both cookies and similar storage technologies.
2. Storage currently used by this website
The website uses one first-party functional browser-storage item solely to remember that you have seen the cookie notice:

3. Why consent is not requested
The current storage is used only for a basic functional purpose connected with remembering the notice. No non-essential analytics, advertising, personalisation or social-media tracking technology is activated. Therefore the banner is informational and uses a neutral “Got it” button rather than asking you to “accept” optional tracking that does not exist.
4. Analytics and advertising
No analytics platform, advertising network, remarketing pixel or behavioural profiling technology is currently included in the website code. If we add non-essential technologies in the future, they will not be activated before the required consent is obtained, and this policy and the consent controls will be updated before deployment.
5. Third-party embedded content
The website does not currently embed third-party video players, social-media feeds or advertising widgets that are intended to place tracking technologies on your device.
6. Server logs
Separately from browser storage, the web server may create technical logs when you request a page, including IP address, access time, requested resource and browser/device information. These logs are described in the Privacy Policy and are used for website operation and security.
7. Managing browser data
You can remove the functional acknowledgement at any time by clearing site data/local storage for elliontrade.eu in your browser. The informational notice may then appear again. Because the site currently uses no optional tracking categories, there are no analytics or marketing consents to withdraw.
